- Biographie : Benoît Rugumaho was born in 1966 in Rwanda. Since 1998, he has been a political refugee in Sweden where he continued his university studies. He studied English A, Political Science and Migration Policy in Europe and Sweden at Mid Sweden University. The author is an expert on Rwanda.
