The story unfolds in the year 2420, as Rogers joins the resistance movement of rugged Americans who have developed their own advanced technologies in secret. The narrative details the strategic and technological battles between the Americans and the Hans, focusing on the Americans' use of ultronic science to counter the Han's electrono-ray technology. The Americans, led by various Gang Bosses, employ innovative tactics and weapons to combat the Han's air and ground forces. The story highlights the Americans' resilience and ingenuity as they adapt to the Han's formidable groundships and airships, ultimately aiming to reclaim their freedom.
