Eric Chaplain, born in Bordeaux in 1955, a regionalist publisher for nearly 40 years, was inoculated with the virus of the islands, particularly the Breton ones, when he took part in the Ushant island book fair. He initiated a collection of fine books on the islands of the Atlantic coast (Ushant, Molene, Groix, Belle-Isle, Noirmoutier). Here he offers a kind of « travel digest ».
