- Résumé : The Guitar Atlas is a collection of all natural, pentatonic, and harmonic scales, in major and minor keys, from the 1st to the 24th fret without any divisions. You'll have a complete overview of all your scales across the entire fretboard at a glance, and you'll find its harmonized chords in various positions for each scale. To offer you maximum tonal variety, the relative scales will open the door to the Ionian, Dorian, Phrygian, Lydian, Mixolydian, Aeolian, and Locrian modes. The Guitar Atlas is the ideal tool for progressing and expanding your musical vocabulary with complete freedom, whether you're a beginner or an experienced guitarist. You will develop your virtuosity, improvise with confidence in all keys, easily find your favorite solos, personalize and enrich your accompaniments, explore modal scales, discover new inspirations, and above all, have fun quickly and easily ! The intuitive layout of this book will allow you to fully concentrate on your technique and creativity. The Guitar Atlas is unique, simple, and effective. And because we haven't forgotten them, the Guitar Atlas is also available in a left-handed version.
- Biographie : Olivier Orusco is a self-taught, independent guitarist and pianist with over 30 years of musical experience, both solo and in groups. His interactions with numerous musicians of all levels led him to realize the lack of a simple notation for guitar scales and chords, making it difficult to better understand and practice the instrument. This is how the Guitar Atlas came to be.
