- Biographie : Hélène has extensive experience in multicultural environments, gained during her professional career as a senior executive in the banking sector. She holds a doctorate in international politics and economics and trained in the United States in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and professional coaching. Returning to Geneva, she founded IDC Institut de Coaching more than 20 years ago, one of the leaders in the Swiss professional coaching training market. As an ICF-certified master coach, she supports executives in change management and leadership development. Hélène has always considered the human factor to be an integral part of the motivation behind her actions.
