- Résumé : The first edition of the Compendium of EU Competition Law brings together the fundamental texts needed for an in-depth understanding of European competition law. Organised thematically (general texts, anti-competitive practices, mergers, state aid, foreign subsidies - FSR - and Digital Markets Act - DMA) and updated with the latest developments in competition law, this compendium provides quick. and efficient access to the legal sources in the field. Designed to meet the practical needs of both law students and competition practitioners, this work is an indispensable tool for both.
