Biographie : Born in Seville, Spain, in 1959, Joaquín Mañes Postigo lives in La Palma del Condado, in the province of Huelva. A lawyer and business graduate by training, he has devoted much of his work to exploring overlooked historical events and forgotten places. Widely regarded as one of the leading specialists on the French Foreign Legion, he is known for bringing its legendary history and traditions vividly to life through his writings.
