Biographie : Dr. Tina Julia Richter was born on July 2nd 1981, in Oberndorf am Neckar, a little town in South Germany, from a modest, but honest and very caring family. Her father, Harald Richter, studied German literature, language and history, before working for more than forty years as a German and sports teacher. Her mother, Christel Richter, born Stehle, attended a vocational training to become an international hotelkauffrau, worked at the Steigenberger hotel in Bonn and at the Grand Hôtel du Louvre in Paris. When little Tina was born, on a warm summer day in July, Christel and Harald had already moved to Sigmaringen, a town of about 20 000 inhabitants close to the lake of Constance, in the South of Germany.
