Javier Artadi is emerging as the leading Latin American
contemporary landscape architect for his work and ongoing
research on the relationship between architecture and
desert landscape of the Peruvian coast.
Winner of the Fourth Latin American Architecture Biennale
of Architecture with Playa Las Arenas, he took fourth place
in the Contest Place of Memory and two honorable mentions
at the Fourteenth National Architecture Biennale
2010 with projects in House in La Encantada, Edificio
Residencial Costa, among others.
This monograph is the result of his work as an architect,
researcher and teacher and, therefore, an essential reference
work for scholars and professionals.
