Biographie : Prabhath de Silva is a lawyer and a former district judge. He is the author of the book " Leonard Woolf as a Judge in Ceylon (1908- 1911) and a number of articles published in the newspapers and journals. He lives in Sri Lanka with his wife and their daughter.
