Biographie : Gérald Gambier a consacré sa carrière à la photographie et à l’édition. Fort de 83 prix internationaux en photographie et 450 livres publiés, il voue désormais son temps libre à sa passion du symbolisme dans l’art roman. Après 25 ans de recherches, tant sur le terrain à photographier des milliers de sculptures, que dans l’Écriture sainte et chez les Pères de l’Église, il partage enfin sa compréhension du symbolisme dans l’art roman. Son album, Le rébus du symbolisme roman, livrant toutes ses sources, constitue une référence en ce domaine.
