Biographie : Alfredo Reid-Ellis est né au Panama et y a poursuivi ses études secondaires en commerce pour ensuite séjourner aux Etats Unis d'Amérique et en Italie. Titulaire d'un Diplôme de Langues, Littérature, Civilisation et Technique commerciale italienne, il a ensuite poursuivi des études universitaires en Lettres et en Commerce à l'Université de la Sorbonne et à la Sorbonne Nouvelle. Il est Docteur es Lettres et Langues Vivantes. Le docteur Reid-Ellis est l'auteur de nombreux articles sur la zone franche au Panama.
